A new bank building is now under construction in Dunn, North Carolina! KS Bank, a community bank headquartered in Smithfield, NC, has begun work on a new 2,700 sq. ft. bank in downtown Dunn. A Groundbreaking Ceremony was held on Friday, September 29th and attended by the bank’s Board of Directors, government representatives of Dunn, and numerous other dignitaries.
The new branch is anticipated to open in Spring, 2024!
Gontram Architecture used a similar design for KS Bank’s Garner location.
