Selective demolition on the exterior of the KS Bank in Selma is almost complete. The 60-year old bank building is undergoing an extreme face lift that will be a much-needed shot in the arm for downtown Selma, NC. Gontram Architecture and Ten Penny Construction have teamed-up once again to bring the turnkey project to the owner in a single design-build package. The project will be complete in August, 2020.
