The 7th week of construction on the Wake Spine project picked up after the Thanksgiving holiday.
Ceiling grid and prime paint installed
Tremendous progress continues at the new medical office fitup, as designed by Gontram Architecture. Sheetrock finishing, HVAC rough-in, and electrical work overhead continued this week. Ceramic tile installation began in the restrooms. Prime paint was put on the walls and door frames.
Pocket door frame installed
This project is due to be complete by mid January, 2018. So far, so good.
This project is being provided to the Owner via the Architect-led Design-Build process with Ten Penny Construction.
