The owner of a small, family-owned shopping center desired an updated look to this downtown, 1960’s complex. The center is located within the “Town Center” area of Cary, NC, and therefore subject to additional architectural restrictions. The existing buildings have been renovated over the years, but this renovation sought to tie the entire property together within one architectural vocabulary. A new structural steel skeleton was installed in front of the original facade in order to support the new brick veneer, canopies and Code-required wind loading.  Site lighting was also been introduced.

All tenants remained in operation during construction. Construction of this shopping center facade renovation was completed during the Fall of 2004.
