A typical 1980’s 2-story office building sat semi-vacant at 315 North Academy Street in Cary, NC. The new owner of the building desired an attractive exterior WITHOUT breaking the bank. The existing EIFS (synthetic stucco) had to stay, and we had to work with the existing windows and entrance location. We recommended some new materials at the entrances, sprucing up the existing canopy, redoing the pedestrian pathways, and adding a “bottom and a top” to the existing walls that didn’t seem to have any scale.  In the end, the result is a tremendous upgrade to a dated building that has now attracted some top tier tenants.
