Future Reception Area
Metal stud framing is complete and electrical rough-ins are nearing completion. Plumbing rough-ins are underway and mechanical work is getting started. Sheetrock should begin being installed early next week.
The future 9,000-square feet tenant space will soon be home to the Bone & Joint Surgery Clinic. The fitup construction will feature sound attenuating exam room walls, luxury vinyl tile, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
The project is being delivered through the Architect-led Design-Build process with Ten Penny Construction.
