KS Bank is a community bank headquartered in Smithfield, NC.  This location was originally constructed over 20 years ago and the bank was looking to update it.  Along with that, they were instituting the popular “teller pod” concept that allows for flexible staffing and greater customer service.  KS Bank engaged Gontram Architecture and Ten Penny Construction to come up with a creative, contemporary design for their lobby and offices, and then implement the construction without any disruption to banking activities.
