Sigma Nu Fraternity House

North Carolina State University is redeveloping Fraternity Court to create a new Greek Village. Sigma Nu Fraternity, the first original fraternity at North Carolina State University, became the first new fraternity house constructed in the newly redeveloped Greek Village.
The new house contains environmentally friendly features such as energy-efficient lighting, efficient HVAC systems, recycled materials, low VOC paint, and many other elements.
The project was recently dedicated on January 3rd, 2014.
