Organic Festival is Raleigh’s first and only 100% organic restaurant.  They use only USDA Certified Organic ingredients sourced from Local Farms.  As such, the interior architecture had to convey this message.  However, it had to be done economically (but with style) as this is potentially the first of a franchise.  In only 1800 square feet, 42 seats are served by a long customer service line and full kitchen.
