Fonville Morisey enlisted Gontram Architecture’s help in designing their new real estate office that would be located in a new shell office building (also designed by Gontram Architecture) in Clayton, NC.  The new 4,600 sq. ft. office houses conference rooms, open office work areas, private offices, a classroom, and various support spaces.
