Bone & Joint Surgery Clinic enlisted Gontram Architecture and Ten Penny Construction to provide turnkey Design-Build services for their new medical office space in Raleigh, NC. The orthopedic surgery clinic moved their offices to this location in January, 2018. The project involved approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of former office space and converting it to medical clinic and diagnostic space. The fitup included:
- Reception/Waiting
- Exam Rooms
- Offices
- X-ray suite
- Casting Room
- Support spaces
A separate project involved a new MRI suite within a different part of the same building.
