Andover at Crabtree Apartments in Raleigh, NC needed an upgrade. A chain-link enclosed Dog Park was not the best use for a prominent site in the middle of this multi-family community. The real need was for some outdoor living space for humans and dogs alike. The Outdoor Amenity renovation created several relaxations areas, bocce ball courts, a pergola, gas grill stations, and more!
