First Bank Building

First Bank engaged Gontram Architecture for the design of a new branch building in the Waterford development in Leland, NC.
The project contains public banking functions including lobby, teller area, vault, customer room and other public areas. The building also has a 2nd floor that is accessed by elevator and houses public meeting rooms and a break room.
Construction was completed in December, 2009 under an agressive schedule dictated by bank regulators.
