N.C. State University, Raleigh, NC
With Fraternity Court at North Carolina State University undergoing a total redevelopment, the Beta Tau chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity has commenced design and fundraising activities. Gontram Architecture is assisting in this effort, and has developed a preliminary design scheme.
Sigma Nu Fraternity, the first original fraternity at North Carolina State University, hopes to become the first new fraternity house constructed in the newly redeveloped Greek Village.
The new house will contain environmentally friendly features such as energy-efficient lighting, efficient HVAC systems, recycled materials, low VOC paint, and many other elements.
