Foundation work proceeded at both the new front entry porch area and the interior vehicle ramp.  Converting this loading dock height building into a usable body shop with customer access was a design challenge overcome in a creative way.  Unfortunately, some underground utilities were discovered while excavating for footings, but were overcome without much delay.

The paint booth ventilation pits received steel embeds and decking, ready for concrete.

Overhead doors were installed on the rear of the building in new openings.

This project is being delivered to the Owner via the Architect-led Design-Build process with Ten Penny Construction, Inc.
